About the role
To lead and manage end-to-end Production Planning & Control functions for the plant by ensuring optimum production scheduling, resource utilization, inventory management, customer delivery performance, and cross-functional coordination. The role is responsible for aligning manufacturing operations with customer demand, business objectives, and operational excellence initiatives while ensuring inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.

- Ensure optimum machine loading and capacity utilization across manufacturing departments
- Monitor production adherence against plan and take corrective actions to address deviations
- Ensure effective demand planning and conversion into executable production plans
- Identify constraints and recommend mitigation plans
