- Lead and manage Project solutions team having various functions like Engineering, project management, procurement and site activities
- Tendering and bid support to domestic and export project to achieve order inflow
- Complete execution of E-house projects and site service to achieve sales
- Procurement of various systems and margin improvement
- Handle and manage internal and external stockholders Focus on team’s learnings, growth, motivations, appreciations and clear responsibilities
