About the role
Be accountable for Customs classification for commercial references products, collecting and analyzing technical data from LoB products experts and uploading into SE global customs automated trade tool database. Act as the final arbiter for product Customs classification disputes between entities within the SE group company organization.
What you'll do
- Execute SE group companies’ classification policy and guidelines
- Act as the final arbiter for product Customs classification disputes between entities within the SE group company organization
- Perform periodic audits on product Customs classification
- Ensure that the Customs classifications used by the SE Group is compliant with the local regulations
- Prepare defending position and arguments to be provided to Customs Authorities in case of audit or any Customs classification inquiries/disputes
