About the role
The Payroll Integration Analyst is responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape
- Lead the design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll environment
- Partner with Payroll, HR Technology, Security, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless data exchange
- Manage integrations between HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG) and global payroll providers such as Strada, iiPay, and RAMCO
- Drive integration strategy, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and operational support
