About the role
This role is the single accountable owner for AWS, Azure, MongoDB, cloud infrastructure, shared services, DevSecOps, API platforms, data platforms, observability, security, and cloud governance—enabling Website, Mobile Apps, SmartComm, AI, Analytics, and Integration initiatives. 2.
What you'll do
- Cloud Platform Ownership & Strategy — Define and execute the enterprise cloud strategy, roadmap, and governance model; own AWS, Azure, MongoDB
- Architecture & Engineering Governance — Govern cloud architecture, landing zones, networking, environments, and platform standards; review and approve solution designs
- Cloud Operations, Reliability & SRE — Own platform availability, performance, monitoring, incident management, backup and disaster recovery; establish observability
- Data, Integration & Shared Services — Own cloud data platforms, MongoDB services, API platforms, and integration services
- FinOps & Cost Optimization — Own cloud financial governance, cost visibility, budgeting, and optimization; drive resource utilization, cost efficiency
