About the role
After launch, the role leads day-to-day manufacturing delivery across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and sustainability. The position partners with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Legal, customers, suppliers and authorities.
What you'll do
- Establish the work breakdown structure, milestones, budget baseline, resource plan, risk and issue register, change-control process
- Drive cross-functional accountability for actions, decisions, dependencies and recovery plans; escalate safety, compliance, cost, quality or schedule risks early
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, equipment suppliers and service providers, ensuring clear deliverables, acceptance criteria and document control
- Manage capital expenditure forecasts, commitments, cash flow, purchase requirements, variation orders and project financial performance with Finance and Procurement
- Ensure lessons learned, punch-list closure, warranties, training records, as-built documents
