About the role
Purpose Drive safety, reliability, and risk management activities for Low Voltage Circuit Breakers and Power Distribution products throughout the product development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, improve product robustness, and support successful product launches.
What you'll do
- Safety Engineering Lead product safety assessments and Offer Safety Regulation Reviews (OSRR)
- Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and functional safety standards
- Identify hazards, safety-critical functions, and risk mitigation actions
- Support safety architecture reviews and fault management strategies
- Reliability Engineering Define reliability targets and reliability plans for new product development
