About the role
We are looking for a highly hands-on and technically strong Principal Product & Manufacturing Test Engineer / Test Architect to own the end-to-end test strategy for our next-generation Home Energy, Battery, and EV Charging products. This role sits at the intersection of Product Development, Firmware, Hardware, Quality, and Manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Own End-to-End Product Test Strategy Define and maintain the overall test strategy throughout the product lifecycle
- Establish test requirements for system, subsystem, firmware, hardware, safety, reliability, regulatory, and manufacturing validation
- Ensure products are designed for testability (DFT) through close collaboration with Hardware, Firmware, Systems Engineering, and Quality teams
- Drive test coverage analysis and identify gaps before product launch
- Define manufacturing test requirements and ensure seamless transition from R&D validation to production
