Oracle Senior Manager Role for Oracle SCM Business Process Analyst Job(Oracle EBS R12) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Professional to support Supply Chain business processes and provide operational and functional support for Oracle EBS R12 applications.
What you'll do
- SCM Modules Functional & Operational Support Provide day-to-day support for Oracle SCM and WMS modules
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues within agreed SLAs
- Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Operations teams to address business requirements and system issues
- Review Oracle application setups, configurations, and workbench parameters to ensure process effectiveness
- Monitor system transactions and proactively identify operational issues
