About the role
The Head - Testing will lead the testing and validation function for electrical switchgear products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality expectations. What you'll do
- Technical Leadership Lead all testing and validation activities for LV/MV electrical switchgear products
- Review and approve testing procedures, test plans, and test reports
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer-specific standards
- Interpret and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
- Support product development teams through design validation and type testing
