We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience, including hands‑on leadership responsibilities as a Technical Lead. You should be a well‑rounded engineer with a proven track record of developing enterprise-grade applications, mentoring team members, and delivering high‑quality solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and modern frontend frameworks
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of modules, ensuring code quality, performance, maintainability, and security
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best engineering practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture discussions, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment with technical roadmaps
