About the role
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that enables customers and users to effectively understand, configure, operate, and troubleshoot software products and solutions.
What you'll do
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for Software & Services products and solutions, including catalogs, user guides, installation guides
- Analyse documentation requirements based on product functionality, use cases, target audiences, and available technical inputs
- Work closely with R&D, Product Owners, Product Management, testing teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical information
- Transform complex software and technical information into clear, concise, structured, and easy-to-understand content appropriate for the target audience
- Review and edit documentation to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, usability, grammar, terminology, and adherence to corporate documentation standards
