About the role
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic performs advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities, structures, and support systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role applies deep technical expertise across multiple trades, independently resolves complex facility issues, and supports plant operations through high‑quality maintenance execution.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant buildings, structures, and facility systems
- Repair and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, docks, and structural components
- Perform moderate plumbing work, including hydraulic, air, gas, and water systems
- Install, repair, and maintain heaters, exhaust fans, ventilation systems, and lighting
- Perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, demolition, drywall, flooring, and wall systems
