What you'll do
- Engineering Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–12 full-stack and backend engineers
- Run structured 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews, and career development conversations
- Drive hiring for the India engineering org — interview, assess, and onboard engineers
- Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
