• Oversee navigational responsibilities, cargo operations, deck crew management, maintenance, safety, and compliance with all rules and regulations
• Proficiency in bridge operations, risk assessment, cargo and ballast operations, tank cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of deck and cargo equipment is essential
• Adaptability to new technology and software is also essential
