What you'll do
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Management School that aligns with the overall goals of Seamedu
- Oversee the academic programs and curriculum, ensuring they are relevant, innovative, and meet industry standards
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Management School
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-quality faculty team
