What you'll do
- Lead both the outreach and sales teams of the organization and ensure teams work in sync to achieve overall business goals
- Contribute to building the overall sales and marketing strategy of Seamedu and owning yearly sales goals
- Work with the Business Development Head to design the business forecast based on market inputs
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Outreach and Sales Team
