About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers.
What you'll do
- Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information
- Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation
- Making 100-150 calls per day
- Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect
