About the role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting in daily IT operations.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and antivirus management
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues
- Support user account setup and management in Active Directory/O365
