About the role
This role reactivates our client's existing database of past clients, referrals, and leads through email, text, and social media outreach — generating renewed interest in buying or selling a home. The Real Estate Sales Executive does not close deals; they generate and qualify interest, then hand off warm conversations to the agents for closing.
What you'll do
- Database Outreach & Reactivation
- Send emails and text messages to contacts in the client's database to reopen the conversation about buying or selling
- Track outreach activity: who was contacted, who responded, and who needs follow-up
- Personalize outreach based on each contact's history (past client, old lead, referral)
- Reach out to relevant contacts via Facebook and Instagram messages
