Director of Development - India

About the role

With India identified as a key growth market, you will play a central role in building lasting client relationships, growing a sustainable opportunity pipeline and converting market opportunities into high-quality, commercially viable projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities, driving sustainable order book growth, commercial quality and disciplined risk management
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, government stakeholders and strategic collaborators
• Drive localisation strategies, including development of local partnerships, supply chains and workforce capability to support long-term growth
• Provide leadership across studies, project development activities and pre-contract execution from concept through to execution readiness
• Champion collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement and a high-performance culture across the Indian business
