We’re looking for a Manager, Solution Consulting (People Manager) to lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants within our Professional Services practice.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Manage, mentor, and advocate for a team of Solution Consultants, Solution Architects, and Engineers, driving high engagement, performance, and retention
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning tailored to individual growth paths
- Design and execute onboarding, continuous learning, and certification programs to rapidly upscale team members on product capabilities and industry best practices
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and AI-forward team culture where continuous improvement and innovation are prioritized
