About the role
This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to created product experiences they love. This role will work to shape our enterprise AI assistant experience within Slack and Microsoft Teams.
What you'll do
- Work to shape our enterprise AI assistant experience within Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Own strategic design initiatives for Slack and Teams, shaping product direction and building a best-in-class AI assistant that transforms how employees work
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on design leadership, partnering closely with India-based engineering teams and global product and design leaders
- Keep initiatives aligned with the broader assistant strategy, sharing insights and decisions across teams and building a cohesive experience
