What you'll do
- Continuous supervision of all ongoing maintenance activities
- Utility area rounds in the hospital and checking them in depth for maintenance related issues
- Making of quality indicators on the basis of complaints and forwarding them to HOD for approval
- Getting all breakers checked and assuring their certifications
- Maintaining MIS for all AC cleaning, panels checking, generator checking etc from time to time
