What you'll do
- Data Maintenance of patient records
- Data maintenance of medical records of all patient detailsof the hospital
- Maintaining and making entries of all files received after clearance
- Thorough checking of files and putting remarks in case of any missing documents/reports
- Entering the incomplete file records in the Incomplete Register and sending it back to the respective floor for completion
