About the role
Attend incoming calls and provide information regarding hospital services, specialties, doctors and appointment availability. Follow up on enquiries received through telephone, website, social media and other channels. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with the concerned departments. Follow up with patients regarding consultations, diagnostic services, admissions and health check-up packages.
