We are looking for an enthusiastic & savvy Social Media specialist to build, attract and interact with our communities across platforms. The objective of the role is to drive customer engagement, the website traffic and revenue by utilizing all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage hoichoi's social handles and collaborate with multifunctional teams to integrate campaign-specific messaging across channels
- Assist the team leads in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance
- Ensure consistency of brand positioning and maintain hoichoi’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers
