About the role

As an HR Lead at ShopOS , you will lead and scale the people operations function—driving strategic HR initiatives, optimizing systems, and ensuring smooth operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to design scalable frameworks for recruitment, performance, engagement, and compliance, ensuring we build a high-performing, people-first organization.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, and compliance
• Develop, refine, and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks to support scaling teams
• Partner with founders and leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Oversee HRIS, payroll systems, and data integrity across employee records and compliance documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction
