Mastering Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mastering Technician to support day-to-day office and technical operations. The ideal candidate has solid IT, gaming platform knowledge, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet research, strong organizational and communication skills, and close attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations in Microsoft Office; conduct online research
• Install applications, manage files and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows
• Support hardware, peripherals and network (wired/Wi-Fi, IP) connectivity
• Support gaming consoles, install/uninstall mobile apps and resolve errors
