About the role
You will be part of a dynamic engineering team supporting renewable energy and offshore wind projects globally. The team collaborates across multiple domains, including grid integration, controls, and product development, to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain the database layer for a cloud-based application running on Azure
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to ensure application performance, reliability, and data integrity
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues through data analysis, root cause identification, debugging, and data correction activities
- Manage Azure SQL Database environments, including schema updates, deployments, and performance optimization
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps, working closely with Product, Development, and QA teams
