About the role

The Monitoring & Diagnostics Applications (MDA) organization develops advanced digital solutions that help monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of energy assets across the Siemens Energy fleet. The newly established Diagnostic Systems department will play a critical role in advancing diagnostic capabilities, improving operational reliability, and supporting data-driven decision-making through innovative software solutions.

What you'll do

• Departmental Leadership & People Management (40%)
• Establish and lead the newly formed Diagnostic Systems department, creating a high-performing and collaborative engineering organization
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly qualified software professionals while supporting career growth and development programs
• Manage departmental operations, workforce planning, resource allocation, performance management, and talent development across teams in India and Denmark
• Champion Agile values and cultivate a relentless continuous improvement mindset throughout the department
