The India Service Hub serves as a strategic competence center, partnering with global regions to enhance service delivery capabilities, optimize resource utilization, and drive sustainable growth through engineering excellence and innovation.
What you'll do
- Hub Operations & Global Project Execution (40%)
- Drive resource allocation, workforce planning, and capacity management across engineering and execution teams
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs to enhance productivity, engineering efficiency, delivery quality, and turnaround times
- Ensure effective execution governance while supporting global project pipelines and business growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all service activities
