What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor and connector between business, end users, and all IT functions
- Ensure continuous improvement of IT services and that applications and infrastructure supporting the site operate reliably
- Proactively identify opportunities to use IT solutions to optimize business processes and drive value
- Collaborate with site representatives to identify, define, and deliver site-specific IT requirements
- Take responsibility for end-to-end IT projects, applications, IT services, and IT infrastructure for the site
