What you'll do
- Drive, lead and complete and follow-up of Request for Quotations (RFQ) with suppliers. Ensure correctness of supplier/material master data required for ordering
- Process purchase orders based on requirements from projects and valid frame agreements
- Follow-up of purchase orders including order acknowledgements and monitor adherence to delivery dates and manage complications and escalations from projects
- Order management by periodic review calls and supplier visit
- Lead supplier expediting to mitigate contractual risk
