What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operations and preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, security, and plumbing
- Manage space allocation, office reconfigurations, and moves to support evolving business requirements
- Implement and enforce Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant workplace
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring all sites meet quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance
