About the role
You will be part of a global Supplier Quality organization focused on ensuring a high-performing, reliable, and quality-driven supply chain for Siemens Energy products. The team collaborates closely with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing functions to drive quality excellence and supplier development.
What you'll do
- Drive Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) activities and approve supplier manufacturing processes through Manufacturing Quality Control Plans
- Perform source, virtual, and desk inspections while supporting quality assurance activities for components and systems within your scope
- Manage supplier nonconformances, coordinate root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor supplier KPIs, support supplier development initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through structured reviews and risk mitigation plans
