Hospital Operations Manager – Radiology (Value Partnership) The Operations Manager serves as the liaison between the customer (hospital / health system) and Siemens Healthineers to bring value by providing departmental oversight to fulfil contractual obligations and enhance the overall performance of the Radiology Department.

- Value Partnership & Strategic Alignment
- Lead the definition, prioritization, and mutual agreement of performance improvement (PI) initiatives aligned to the outcomes of the performance-based partnership
- Act as the primary relationship owner, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and continuity across all value partnership engagements
- Drive structured governance mechanisms (e.g., review forums, steering committees) to track performance and outcomes
