About the role
We are seeking a self-starter and innovative scientist to lead innovation initiatives within the healthcare diagnostics space. This role combines scientific leadership, technology innovation, and strategic thinking to advance both internal R&D initiatives and external collaborative opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new ideas, and driving early-stage research and development projects from concept through feasibility.
What you'll do
- Innovation & Scientific Strategy
- Identify emerging scientific, technological, and clinical trends relevant to healthcare and in vitro diagnostics
- Generate and develop innovative concepts and product opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Translate unmet clinical and customer needs into innovation opportunities and research programs
- Help develop scientific roadmaps, concept proposals, and innovation strategies for future technology development
