About the role
This is a role well suited for a highly ambitious self-driven professional, seeking the next step in their career, as Senior Mechanical engineer responsible to technically lead the design, development and delivery of complex electromechanical systems including CAD libraries for Medical Electronics (ME).
What you'll do
- Further development of the ECAD/ MCAD interface together collaborating with mechanical, layout and IT experts in Germany
- Collaborate with PCB librarians, layouter, hardware engineers, manufacturing teams globally
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows and reducing library creation turnaround time while maintaining high accuracy
- Drive library quality assurance processes, including audits, peer reviews, and automated validation checks to eliminate design errors and reduce rework
- Design of mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies and subsystems for medical technology devices
