What you'll do
- Lead predictable value delivery: establish outcome-based planning, dependency and risk management, transparent flow metrics
- Drive engineering excellence: improve architecture realization, software craftsmanship, automation, CI/CD, test strategy, cybersecurity, reliability, observability
- Scale platform adoption and reuse: treat internal consumers as customers, reduce onboarding friction, actively manage feedback, avoid duplicate solutions
- Manage end-to-end ownership: ensure teams understand and own build, release, operation, support, quality
- Shape cross-functional decisions: partner with Product Managers, Architects, System Engineers, Quality, Cybersecurity, Operations
