- Review Invitations to Bid (ITB), Requests for Proposal (RFP), EPC contracts, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and employer requirements
- Develop bid strategies aligned with project risks, technical requirements, and commercial objectives
- RFQ preparation, Estimation of Quantities and Cost calculation
- Contractor’s technical assessment and technical coordination with them
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender receipt through submission and contract award
