About the role
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Lead to drive end-to-end product development for industrial automation and energy domain solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, hands-on design experience, and the ability to guide a team through complex hardware development projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
What you'll do
- Lead technical aspects of embedded hardware projects from concept to production
- Perform requirement analysis and translate user needs into hardware specifications
- Guide and mentor the engineering team in board bring-up, debugging, and validation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC-61010, IEC-60870) and manage EMI/EMC qualification processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for firmware integration, PCB design, and manufacturing
