Executive - Demand planning professional at Siemens. Operational procurement of sheet metal components and fabricated parts essential for the manufacturing of Siemens' switchgear products.
What you'll do
- Checking component BOM and arrranging & managing requiremnt as per assembling process and baseframe
- Primarily involves converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, meticulously following up with suppliers to ensure time wise delivery
- Review and convert approved purchase requisitions for sheet metal components into accurate purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system (e.g., SAP)
- Ensure all PO details, including quantities, delivery dates, pricing, and terms, are correct and align with established agreements
- Transmit purchase orders to suppliers and obtain order confirmations
