Responsible for customer-focused service delivery, project monitoring, proposal support, project execution, and lifecycle services for Low Voltage Drive systems across various industries.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned customers
- Manage and monitor automation service projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
- Prepare technical proposals and solution concepts based on customer requirements and tender specifications
- Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services
