GIS Installation & commissioning at Siemens. Execute on-site GIS installation activities in accordance with Siemens Energy standards, approved drawings, project specifications, and customer requirements.
What you'll do
- Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, high-voltage testing, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for GIS systems to ensure reliable and successful project delivery
- Independently manage site execution activities, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards
- Prepare, maintain, and submit commissioning reports, inspection records, test documentation, and project handover packages
- Develop and support preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Statements (MOS)
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, factory, project management, and service teams to troubleshoot technical issues and minimize project risks
