What you'll do
- Lead and manage routine testing activities of GIS products in accordance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and factory procedures
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly testing plans aligned with production schedules and business targets
- Ensure availability and optimal utilization of testing equipment, tools, test bays, and manpower
- Monitor testing throughput, turnaround time, and productivity KPIs to achieve operational objectives
