Grid Control Expert (SCADA/EMS/DMS) - Grid Automation at Siemens. Act as the domain expert for grid control technologies (SCADA/EMS/DMS) within the Grid Automation Portfolio Development team.
What you'll do
- Act as the domain expert for grid control technologies (SCADA/EMS/DMS) within the Grid Automation Portfolio Development team
- Define functional and technical requirements for new products and portfolio elements in the grid control domain
- Analyze market, regulatory and technology trends (e.g., DER integration, grid digitalization, virtualization
- Evaluate make/buy/partner options, benchmark competitor offerings and support technology scouting and vendor assessments
- Support the go-to-market preparation of new portfolio elements, including value argumentation, demonstrators, reference configurations and sales enablement material
