About the role
You'll lead the design and development of next-generation RTL-to-GDSII solutions, driving innovation in low power implementation from RTL through Place and Route. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll own critical components of the design flow, mentor engineering teams, and build the future of electronic design automation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and own core modules of the RTL-to-GDSII solution, with primary focus on low power implementation and optimization
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Place and Route components, ensuring scalability and performance
- Mentor and guide software engineers, encouraging technical growth and driving collaborative problem-solving
- Develop and optimize algorithms and data structures for efficient design automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
