About the role
Are you an experienced HR, IR and administration leader who keeps a factory running smoothly, compliantly and harmoniously? You will be the single point of accountability for people operations, industrial relations, legal and statutory compliance, liaison with local authorities and the factory's physical infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Liaison with Local Authorities: Manage relations with the Factory Inspectorate (DISH), Labor Department, MIDC, MPCB, Fire Department, Police
- Report to the Head of Plant
