What you'll do
- Act as the primary P&O Business Partner for the Chhatrapati Shambhaji Nagar location, aligning people priorities with business objectives
- Partner with business leaders and P&O stakeholders to translate people strategy into actionable plans and drive execution excellence
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for shopfloor employees, apprentices, trainees, and fixed-term workforce, while developing a diverse local talent pipeline
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, and workforce development initiatives
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, attendance, leave, compensation, benefits, and separations
